Check-In is from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are a working family and may not be able to accommodate early check-ins before 4:00. We need time every day after cleaning cabins to tend to our grounds and other chores to keep our property in good shape for you.

There will be a $50 late check-in fee unless prior arrangements have been made. We understand that emergencies occur and that there are travel delays that might affect your party’s arrival; please call and let us know if you will be arriving late. We are a small operation and cannot staff a night desk.

Deposits & Payments

• Fifty percent of your stay total is collected at the time of reservation to guarantee your dates

• Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of reservation

Scheduled Deposit

• A 100 percent deposit of the remaining balance is collected 1 day before arrival

Children & Pets

  • Children are welcome with an accompanying adult at all times

  • Children age 5 and under stay free

  • Pets are welcome upon approval

  • Pets must weigh under 100 pounds

  • We will allow pets inside the guest cabin with prior approval and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75/stay. Pets are not allowed to be in the guest cabins unattended during the day or night and cannot be outside of the cabin without their owner, unless they are kenneled or in a personal vehicle. Pets must be on leash when outside the guest cabin. Owners must clean up after their pets while on the property; details are found in the welcome manual in each guest cabin and cleaning supplies are available upon request if needed. Owners are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement for damages to the structure, furniture, or floors caused by their pets in excess of normal wear and tear.

  • We would be glad to pick up after your pet for you if you can’t do it yourself for an additional $50.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued, minus a cancellation fee (6% of total paid or $50, whichever is greater), up to 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds will be issued minus a cancellation fee (6% of total paid or $50, whichever is greater), if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the reservation date AND we can rent the property for the cancelled nights. If we are unable to rent the property, no refund will be issued.

We are a very small operation in a very remote area trying to make a living in a very short season, therefore this cancellation policy must be strictly enforced. Please do not ask for special exceptions. We hope your trip goes without any untoward event, but we cannot be responsible for the weather, road conditions, etc.

You have a lot of money tied up in your trip. We highly recommend trip insurance!

Reservation Changes

Changes in the dates of your reservation that do not reduce the number of nights stayed can be made without a fee prior to 30 days before your original scheduled arrival date, subject to availability. If within 30 days of arrival, a $25 fee will be assessed. If a change is made within one week of your original scheduled arrival date, a $50 fee will be assessed.

Check Out is 11:00 a.m.

Dishes are expected to be cleaned and returned to the cupboards prior to departure. We would be glad to wash and return dishes for you if you can’t do it yourself for a $50.00 fee.

Damage Policy

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the lodge’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge to the guest’s credit / debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. While information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our guests’ trust. Keeping guest information secure, and using it only as our guests would want us to, is a top priority for us. Here then, is our promise to our individual guests:

  • We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our guests or agents share with us.

  • We will limit the collection and use of guest information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to them, which includes advising our guests about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.

  • We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of guest information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.

  • We will not reveal guest information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the guest in disclosures or agreements, or are required to do so by law.

  • Whenever we hire third-party providers to offer support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

  • We will attempt to keep guest files complete, up-to-date, and accurate. We will tell our guests how and where to conveniently access their information (except when we’re prohibited by law) and how to notify us about errors which we will promptly correct.

  • We will not use any images of guests at our lodges without permission nor will we use any guest-generated images without permission.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically. However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.
